FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT
THIS COURSE IS INTENDED FOR:
Companies who have not yet carried out a Fire Risk Assessment of the workplace.
COURSE CONTENT:
The Risk Assessment will be carried out by a NEBOSH qualified Assessor who will use all protocols as laid down by the Fire Precaution Workplace (Amendment) Regulations1999. To be replaced by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order On October the 1st 2006. A full risk assessment report will be provided following this assessment.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
On completion of the course candidates will be able to:
- Ensure that a complete fire risk assessment is available on site when the Fire Authority requests inspection.
- Show the existence of a continuing regard to fire safety.
- Understand the fire precautions required ensuring staff and visitor’s safety.
- Understand the need for effective training and record keeping.
- Ensure that company employees act in a safe and effective manner.
